I hate the fighting, the lasyiness of some of my members, the complaining, the lack of cooperation no matter how hard I try
Well, I hate it all myself, but just remember that not everyone has the patience, the determination, the ability to listen, and the maturity needed to be a part of a group. Even if that group is temporary, and only exists for the sole purpose of finishing a party quest. That's the one that irritates me, right there.
the fact sometimes they will not shup up
Personally, I like it better when everyone's talking, chatting amongst themselves. It's boring when it's quiet. Yes, I said it. MapleStory is boring as hell with no one to talk to, or listen to.
I love the respect of my members, I love how they aprecitate me, I love "when" we Guild PQ, I LOVE when we Pap and even more so when
new members come.
We all respect you because you're always there for us, you go out of your way sometimes to help anyone in need. You also go out of your way to make life difficult for anyone that crosses you (like hackers, or KS'ers, or anyone that just behaves like an absolute ass). I never get tired of seeing you take down some jerk that messed with you. About GPQ, and Pap: I just love it when I survive.
I will try to be the best leader I can...as long as I feel you all want me.
In my opinion, the day you're not wanted is the day the world ends. For me... for all of us.
Without Quarantine... without WeOwnCH12... without the guild... I would have quit long ago.

[it'd probably die like...right away -horrible leader-] Not many people have the patience nor capabilities to being a leader, but just look at the guild you have, how many members you still have that have lasted a long time. You've got to be doing something right =P
