I hate, no, I HATE PHOTOSHOP!!!!!
Well It's more of a love/hate relationship. I love it 'cause it's awesome, but I hate it because I CAN'T GET MY HISTORY BACK AND IT TAKES 30 FRICKIN' MINUTES TO FIX MY MISTAKES!. Yeah A tad frustrated. just a tad. Feeling like stabbing it. a little. not too much. so evil it is and tempts me with all teh buttons... So anyway I got mad at it because I blurred something, then started fixing it up, then I ended up not wanting to blur it but it wasn't in the history anymore so it took 30 minutes to fix I really don't like it. but anyway it's fixed for the most part... and I'll post it when it's done 'casue it's my first real photoshop drawing that doesn't suck. But it's probably crap either way. It'll take me like 100 hours to make it good, then I'll look at it and say it's crap. Life sucks D:

That's what layers are for. Duplicate everything before you do something to it so that you can go back to it, and when doing something new to an image, do so in a separate layer so if you need to go back, you can just trash the new layer and revert back to the previous one.
Alternately (in Photoshop CS3, can't confirm for older versions), just increase your history states by going to edit>preferences>performance. The max is 1000.
The higher the number, the more memory photoshop will probably use as you are modifying a picture since it will be remembering more, so don't up it too much if you don't have the greatest PC. I upped mine to 100 and increased my memory usage a bit (to about 1200), but I have a decent PC.
Bands: Depends

Yeah I was being a little careless when I was changing stuff... After That happened I immediately upped my memory. Should work pretty well now, just as long as I remember to do stuff

I love Photoshop. I wouldn't be able to do my job without it. Graphics design is one of my jobs. Other is website design. So Photoshop and Dreamweaver go together well, and I have both, and love them both.
