So, you are an Archmage now... but then you realise that (apart from line in your info that doesn't even fit in because of a design flaw) your archmagehood doesn't really show up. Maple Hero is nice, but every 4th-jobber has it. Big Bang and Chain Lightning are impressive, but almost useless as they are at most level 3 (at level 120). You'd like to learn something that would shake the world around you and leave everyone breathless. But how? Where?..
1. Perhaps Robeira could be of assistance to you. She (I think it's she) once had an interesting storybook, but apparently left it in Helios Library. So you're sent to the Library, where Wiz finds a book to you (pic). He also mentions that it looks magical and that you should talk to Grendel about it.
2. Of course Grendel knows about the book, but he is reluctant to speak. Suddenly you're involved in a drama which features three of the most powerful magicians in Maple world - Grendel, Robeira and... Shammos, the green goblin imprisoned in ElNath headquarters. He was a genius magician, but too crazy at times, so he had to be stopped. The procedures for that were not entirely legal too, and now Shammos holds the grudge againts the others. To work out all this, you have to run back and forth between Ellinia and ElNath. (Great minds aren't bothered with communications or logistics.)
3. Finally, Shammos gets a feeling that you're quite nice guy/ girl and whispers you to bring him Cold Heart of a Wolf (pic). He might be able to put it into use and reward you. You do know where the big bad wolves live - in Wolf Territory IV and V. However, to get a quality sample of a heart takes skill, so you may spend up to 6 hours in cold (bring White Bread with you).
4. After you give Shammos a Cold Heart, he shows you why he is considered one of the best (and most dangerous): he teaches you Blizzard! Put one point into it and you'll have a skill that hits up to 15 monsters with 330 base attack and 60% mastery - plus ice elemental. No wonder it is called The Ultimate.
Oh, for an adequate price of 2100 MP (4200 with Amp). That's about 45% of total MP at level 120. You can train twice as fast now - if you can afford it, that is. Still no wonder it is called The Ultimate.
'...what are the other options then?'
