Just kidding, this blog is going to be really boring. I moved to Edmonton. Yep. I did. I quit my job in Saskatoon, sold the majority of my stuff, and came to live in this equally as dirty but much larger city. I'm living on the 34th floor of a really junky apartment complex. I haven't found a job yet, I've been camping for the past week in Manitoba(lolol), and just moved all my stuff in today. It's a really tiny apartment, and it kinda smells like beef, but it's bearable. I'm living with Chris (who by the way is the only reason I moved), and some guy named Dave. My tree-planting expedition thingy starts on the 8th, and I'm pretty nervous. I didn't really know what I was getting myself into until after I signed up. Then I starting talking to people who have done it in the past and apparently it kicks your ass. 16 hour days, endless wood ticks, all that good stuff. :| Well, I'm hoping for the best. It's a load of cash. Speaking of cash, I sold my car(FINALLY!). I put all of it into my savings because I'm lame...and don't know what the hell to do with money like that. I should learn about investing or try the stock market or something. PS. Mrs.Catherine May on October 2nd, 2009. Holy shit! |

My biology teacher talked about it too, he was once a sorta guide/supervisor sorta guy. The one dumbshit he had in his group planted the trees upside down. But anyways, good luck and take care! I'm sure you'll do fine. adn putting in saving is good. Try to look for interest or...stock market? lol my cousin is doing tree planting somewhere in alberta

Yeaahhp, I head home on Friday, made around 14 grand. WOOOOOOOHEEEAW. I've tried the stock market, not for me. I'm stickin' to real estate.
