Here is the general concept -
Get Berzerk as early as possible, as high as possible, and build up supportive skills and stats to make it as useful as possible.
Lv 120 - get 1 rush (for its infinite uses), get 1 pt of beholder (for 5% mastery), get 1 berserk
Lv 121-128 Pure Berzerk (or onwards to 131 if you can obtain Berzerk 30, which will either cost you a large amount of money or considerable effort at this point and time, so I will assume lv 20 Berzerk as the max for now). With the 2 extra points at lv 128, get your first 2 points of Achilles. Yes, you read correctly, Achilles. Achilles is a passive skill that reduces ALL damage taken by a set % based on its level, including 1/1 attacks (you will still be left with 1 MP). Each point nets you .5% resistance, with a max of 15%. This effectively increases your health by increasing the damage that you can withstand while using Berzerk without dying.
Lv 129-139 will be spent further maxing Achilles. At lv 139, you should have 1 extra skill point. Place this into Power Stance (prevent knockback, giving you more oppurtunities to attack without having to regain lost ground due to knockback). After Stance, the next goal is to level Summon Beholder until it grants 20% extra mastery. Follow this with Beholder's Hex, so that it can actually serve a purpose, and then whatever you want to do.

-Note- At any time that you are able to obtain Berzerk 30, immediately resume leveling it until maxed, then return to the build outline.

My goal for this build is to also pump points ENTIRELY into HP once my damage reaches an arbitrary point that I decided would work for me (4500 max damage using a 104/12 Karstan). I hope to be able to make up for the lost damage (every 4 levels of pure HP will cost around 100 in max damage, which is 250 damage for Fury, and 350 damage for sacrifice, 250 x 1.7 for lv 20 berserk, and 350 x 1.7 for sacrifice). While this is noteworthy, every 4 levels or so of pure HP (based on my experiences with an HP warrior) should result in at least 1200 base HP. With hyperbody, which any non-crippled DrK will have, this is around 1900 extra HP. Assuming level 20 berserk (35% HP to activate with recent skill updates), this is appx. 600 more HP added to your berserk range. The intent is to be able to stay in Berzerk longer than and in more situations than a normal DrK in order to make up for the base damage lost, without spending large amounts of money HP washing, for those who have difficulty or simply do not wish to merchant in the MTS.

I know it would be a controversial build, but I plan on following it ( I would never suggest something to someone that I was not willing to do myself ). Any opinions will be noted, but probably will not change my plan. I would, however, greatly appreciate any revisions, additions, or alternatives that you may have that follow a similar idea.

Will be posting this on Basil as soon as it is working correctly.

You could always just wear Int equips when you level and MTS merchant for resets so you dont have to waste points in HP

Unfortunately, it was proven that only base INT affects MP per level. And I am going to MTS for as much as possible, but my merchanting is EXTREMELY small scale (oooh, random cheap item while looking for something else, PROFIT!). I'll still Blood Wash (pure HP) where necessary.

Not true about the base int thing.

In a pserver, I was wearing a wizet hat (999 int)
And by level 120 I had like 15k hp (dk)

Oh, guess I was wrong, although it seems stupid that it works that way, as almost everything else is from base stats...
