So, I've been gone from MapleStory for the past few weeks. Why? The game finally got kinda boring after my successful leveling streak. I just needed something new.

During my break, I was mostly playing one of the greatest RPGs of all time, Tales of Symphonia (to get caught up on the storyline for ToS 2, coming on Wii in August, I believe), and Mariokart Wii. I had one of the worst tempers I've ever had playing MKW. But only during the time trials. My friend was always beating my time trial in every stage (EVERY STAGE) by no more than .05 seconds. I was so ticked, I watched the replays for the number 1 ranked worldwide players in every stage and learned their secrets. I was then getting ahead of him by seconds (not in every stage, however)!

I also played with some friends online. I met up with Eutomne and raced with him and some others whom I don't know and I kept accidentally hitting him with green shells, trying to hit the person in front of him. Sorry! (I'm pretty good aim with green shells, for some reason.)

The new patch and patch information arrived on the website. Of course, there was an error that occurred with the patch when it got about 95% done, so I had to manual patch it. I had already looked up patch information, so I knew what to expect.

The skill macro thing kinda got me confused. I thought that you could actually combine three different skills and get a totally new skill. I was like "Wow, that's so coo!" but it wasn't exactly so. It was just that you used all three in succession with one key stroke, or double-click for the weirdos out there. Then you gave it a name. At first, I thought it was really neat, as you shouted the name of the skill out loud (or not, if you chose not to shout it), but then after a while of walking around, I heard some of the most retarded names for skills of all time.

POWER PWN was my favorite, because it was so awful. I'm sure he thought he was cool.
It was pretty funny, watching him walk around POWER PWNing everything.

Here were my skill macros:
#1 Strafe, Strafe, Strafe - Arrowed!
#2 Focus, Soul arrow, Bow booster - Concentrate
#3 Puppet, Double shot, Strafe - Yes Man Jr.
#4 Arrow rain, Arrow rain, Arrow rain - Arrow Storm
#5 Arrow bomb, Arrow bomb, Arrow bomb - Head Asplode

Most of them Homestar Runner inside jokes, one being from Earthbound (because there weren't any other good ideas) and one being completely original. Guess which one was original.

Oh, where else can you find such interactive blogs?

Anyways, when I arrived at Ariant, I was pretty surprised at how good the music was. Made me want to dance. I had did all of the quests. But throughout the entire place, never did I find something that could be of good experience. I guess it's a very low level place. But why? It's a desert. It's scorching hot, there should be much danger. I didn't see any scorpians. They appeared on the world list after the log in screen. I thought that they would be the high level monster there, which SHOULD equal good experience.

I think the most I got out of a monster was 75 experience points. No, that's not good. I get .02% per 1200 (wolf spider).
I did enjoy the quests, however. They might've not been that rewarding, but they were still pretty fun and I enjoyed doing them. Even though I only achieved about 3.5% the entire day.

Until next thyme.

(Thyme wasn't marked by the spell checker... wow.)
