I live in Malaysia, the country beside Singapore.
This country is ruled by Malays, (Captain obvious) and also Chinese and Indians are living here too.
It is a multi racial country. Too bad the politicians called each other "BIG FOOT" and "MONKEY", and also swearing after that.

Anyways, the Malays here are being helped by the government. If your business are related to exporting and importing, they will help you to SMUGGLE SOME MONEY into their OWN POCKET.

The ISP here is being helped by the government, although it is a private one.
They throttle the whole connection, affecting your browsing speed and also lots of things.
It just sucked to be a customer of this ISP. There is no alternative.
The speed sucks, the service sucks, even the customer service sucks.
They sound like their going to scold the CUSTOMERS and also swearing. You can just hear it.
