I would suggest re-sending the ticket to Nexon. The glitch has been long fixed but you seem to have been caught in a loophole. They should be able to take care of this for you by now. Try resubmitting the ticket.

How do you resend the ticket? When I try to open another ticket it says "You can only have one logged ticket at a time" or some junk like that.

Aw, that sucks a lot..I'm sorry, I don't know anything about weddings, but I hope you'll get married again to the person you know in real life and that Nexon replies. Did they reply yet?

No they haven't replied yet. I just made a new character and I am going to make that my new main. I sold everything off my main to fund this one (it is a cleric). I have about 130m and we are going to get married on that.
