My dad: Turned 50 yesterday. Ashley: Turns 16 tomorrow. Krysta (my brother Dan's and his girlfriend's baby): Is born tomorrow. My brother Mike: Turns 24 the day after tomorrow. Me: Turns 25 1/2 the day after tomorrow. So apparently, I'm not supposed to view that intussusception as a threat or even as real unless I start to have symptoms. If I do however start to have symptoms, I'm supposed to rush to the ER as if my life depends on it. I haven't been this nervous about my medical state since my first cat scan in 2004 showed that my appendix had ruptured 2 weeks before the scan. (Seeing as how the appendix was removed during my operation 4 1/2 months later, I doubt that scan's results were accurate.) |
