I am aware that this problem has been going on with other players during PQs. This should be cleared up ASAP because the legits are the ones who are getting banned for no particular reason. I've checked in the forums and there were too many of the same topics, saying that they were also banned for nothing. The forum that started talking about this was on June 2, 2008. I checked the latest server check and that, too, was on June 2, 2008. There's some sort of glitch that needs to be fixed right away or you will lose many of the legit players. Please fix this right away as soon as possible. We, the ones who were banned without any reasons, want our accounts back now and hope to enjoy our used-to-beloved MMORPG game once again. Thank you. And this is their reply:Greetings, Thank you for contacting Nexon America's Customer Support team. This ticket is being closed as a duplicate of case #228951. Please review the comments on that ticket and you will see that the information you requested has already been provided to you. Be advised that continuing to submit duplicate tickets is considered abuse of the ticketing system and is unacceptable. Please refrain from doing so. Sincerely, GM Ceris Nexon America, Inc. lol best. looks like "hackers" are not allowed to send in their reasons. GMs put way too much trust into their banning system.
i got this from forums. "...if you are lagging really hard you get frozen and you dont recieve any of the packets, if someone is killing in your map the monster respawn or attacking and information packets will be sent to your computer but not received and they will stack on top of each other. Nexon catches some hackers by measuring how many packets they recieve at a time (i think) and the second you lose the lag you recieve massive amounts of packets, the autoban system sees this as hacking and you get banned."

So I was right when I made the thread on Basil, in which I suspected those bannings had to do with PQs. Darn, this sucks. >_>
