1Since MTS came out I've had a few k of NX just sitting there, so I thought I'd try out the benefits of a pet.
I'm really glad I got that from a code now, having him loot drops and junk is so much better than jabbing the pick up button.
I'm stuck now on what I should try and upgrade since I refuse to buy any 70% for my shield and nobody has 60%s.
I don't see anything I could improve much on. Now I've got a 22 INT requierre, 20 INT infinium circlet, 9/7 glitter gloves, 5/5 5slot Esther, 4/1 Lapiz sandals, 2 INT speiglmanjkldsja necklace, 10/8 Purple AC, and my 9/98 EW. (Sold my 10/105 Celestial since I'll be able to use Explosion soon.)
Trying to find a better EW in either FM or MTS has been driving me nuts, I have yet to see a really nice scrolled one aside from a 14 INT one in a store for like a bil. Arg.
Fake bossing got slightly more annoying, since hackers have infested some of the out of the way maps they spawn at. Every time I've been through El Nath for Balrogs or the fourth Orbis Pixie maps I've seen a hacker, or a pile of drops from vacced mobs.
I chased an I/L through a ton of channels in Nath Crown Flyer, he could cc pretty fast but I kept tracking his name. Someone smart might have logged off instead of ccing 489724332 times and back to vac hacking, when another person was obviously showing up right after them. ._.
Hah I also lag like hell when someone else is popping in to kill fake bosses too, so I probably look like an idiot standing there doing nothing. In Icy Path II I started FA a fake Crimson Balrog, when a low 5x I/L came in and llllaaaaaaaaagggg. I only took half the cakes and left the other half for him since we both killed it, just to be nice. I think he thought he got them because he dealt the most damage (yeah sure, that's why I got almost all the exp), or he just likes annoying NX faces. Isn't that cute?
