Might be gone later, but it's about the most hated country in the world.
First off, I'm NOT a big fan of the United States. But unfortunately, I live here, for now. But I can't help but get angry at the fact that people automatically assume that every American is "a fat, ignorant, arrogant jerk." Anyone who has actually talked to me or seen a picture of me knows that I'm not at all fat, I have a rather open mind, and yes, I CAN be arrogant, but every one is, to some extent. (And I apologize for that rather conceited moment)

That summed up my feelings in a few sentences. Regardless, we all know the American economy is collapsing almost beyond repair. *sigh* I just wish people like Washington or Jefferson were American leaders again. ._.

Live with the stereo types... It's life. The government is corrupt, the people are crabby and the choice for candidates right now is poo. We really do need a good leader, of course where there's a position for a good leader there's always one for a bad >.> but it makes me mad too. Kinda just gotta live with it. Not saying we are fat tards. I just like food...

So do I, though. I LOVE food. But I'm not at all fat, if anything, I'm underweight. But it's getting to a point where everyone seems like they're blaming their problems on solely the US. "WHAT, GLOBAL CONFLICT? IT'S THE US" "WHAT? NUKES IN MY COUNTRY? US FAULT" "WORLD HUNGER? BLAME THE US"
well.. I over-exaggerated, obviously, but you get the picture.

There was a quote I heard when I was about five, "Talk small and carry a big stick". It came up in a conversation between my parents and their friends when talking about politics, and it's describing how a country should run. Unfortunately, America talks large and carries a big stick. Although I don't think it's right either, Bush is the head honcho, and he's the one who represents us. Him and most (not all, but most) people in office have their priorities out of wack, placing money and their own lives above all else.
As for Americans being overweight, that's just one of the problems of this country. The administrations choose what goes in their products and what doesn't- who cares if they lose some money, they should help to make a better future. If you'll pardon the pun, the proof is in the pudding.
