You're talking about basil. You could post that sticky with giant neon lights, an army of pop ups saying ''WHICH CLASS? THREADS WILL GET YOU INSTANTLY BANNED'' and install various bits of software onto someone 's computer that rings an alarm bell any time certain phrases associated with the threads, and you'd still get multiple threads made every day =/
