• You open the packet (You usually rip off the top, or the head of it).
• You pour the sauce out (You squeeze it until its guts fly out, usually all liquefied).
• You pour it onto food and eat it (You eat its guts).
• You throw away the packet, some people crumple it up before throwing it away (You dispose of its carcass, some people crush its skeleton).

As you see, by eating from sauce packets, you are making a sauce packet experience extreme pain before its death. Cease with this uncivilized manner.
