I’ll take a sledge to this heart of stone,
And use the pieces to pave a road
To lead me back into the home
That I left so long ago.
The fragments fall onto the ground;
Stone waterfall of endless sound.
Click-clatter, pit-patter;
The pieces fall,
Till the last resounds
And silence calls.
I’ll use the blood that spilled along
As mortar binds the pieces strong.
I’ll use my hands as a mason would;
A layer of bricks in roads;
And make it strong enough to hold
My ever greater load.
For if the road of my stone heart fails,
There are no other wand’ring trails.
I take the step, and to my relief,
The pathway holds itself firm.
I’ve done away with my grief
And started my way home.

Ooo I only have a small idea of what you're trying to say here, but it's a cool poem. Strong and everlasting xP.

Lol, it's called untitled because it doesn't have a title...o_O

Nice. I really should write some more poems. ByMyself, could you remind me to post (and rewrite cuz I lost it) the poem I call Chain Reaction.
