Racism and intolerance on basil is becoming a huge issue >_> Lately I've been seeing more and more offensive posts, made by people who have no idea whatsoever regarding what they're blabbering about, and it's just so annoying. I know I shouldn't care about what they say because it clearly isn't one bit logical, but... Ugh. I don't get why people are like this. =/ Why must they hate the other? It's not even that much of an "other", we're all human beings, aren't we? >_>
I've seen this type of idiocy and ignorance on basil ever since I began moderating there, but it's been much worse lately. No matter how many warnings they get, no matter how clear the rules are. It feels like they're basing their hate against Israel/Jews in specific on bullshit. Example[s] given in the pics attached.

Funny stuff. As opposed to the TS, obviously, Israelis "can't speak English".
Apparently I killed Jesus and my country "should not egsist int he first place as it was peoples land that was stolen from them by eurpean governemnts and the united states". Now say the previous sentence out loud while sticking your tongue out between your teeth. "thood thot egzith in za tehff thais wz iz waz pepoz lanz zaz waz thozan fro zen zy zerothen govertnents anz ze uhaized zazes". It makes about the same sense as the original sentence.
Oh, and I'm sorry for not mentioning my hobbies any sooner; I spend my free time as a "evil zionists" massacring babies. Just so we're both on the same page, ya know.
Now I believe I have EVERY right to ask; what the HELL is the matter with you people?

lol, I never could stand the anti israeli thing, it's annoying as hell.
I was training a friend once, and a guild in bera (which shall remain nameless) had a bunch of it's members talking about the things wrong with MS, and literally, they lived up to the stereotypes.
EVERYONE else but the americans were what was ruining MS. They ranted on for a good 5 minutes on how isrealis killed LPQ runs, and how they are 'retarded' and stupid, blah blah blah - I felt I had to pitch in, and so I point out: ''You DO realise, of course, that there are more american Assholes on GMS than any other ethnicity right? It's AMERICAN kids ruining the game more than anyone else >_>''
The reply? ''Well yeah, but isrealis......''
From then on I just had to mute guild chat whenever I logged on >_>

@Pic1: The Jews are NOT the creators of the worlds problems. Jesus was Jewish too, not to mention the fact that according to Christianity it was INTENDED for him to die, so why hate them for it? Jesus said "Forgive them, for they know not what they do" RIGHT THERE. Its RECORDED in the CHRISTIAN Bible. As a "true" Christian, you're going to BURN IN HELL. You must remember that it is a huge world Elu, and alot more than 3 or 4 people are going to be a lot more racist.
I grew up in an environment where my mom tought me that it was "right" to assume that all of the African Americans in America are on welfare and they deserve to be called "insert N word here." And my dad is racist against Asians. You should be thankful that your parents aren't racist, it's awful. (Unless they are...) It's made me even less racist, seeing how they treat someone based on the color of their skin.
I bet that these kids are tought in church, school, at home, what they say about Jewish people. That's the basis of racism right there. It isn't in your genes, it's inherited. And it is awful. :/
It's just... Jews have always been the scapegoats for nearly everything bad that happens to those who know them.

Despite all lifeforms having equal value, some are just dumber and aren't considerate of anyone or anything else for that matter... in other words, this world is full of ignorant people. In the end, despite being the creature with most awareness, humans have the biggest flaw of not being able to cooperate with each other most of the time.

Children don't like things that are different; it causes a conflict of interest if you will.
They blot this out by "making fun" or "bullying" it out.
You should know this better then anyone that the median age of basil market is very low, and none of this should be taken to heart.
I know how offended one can feel from someone telling you idiotic stereotypes about your country, (I have had a fair share of people saying I live with kangaroos or I’m a Bogan)
The best thing to do is ignore the comments, correct people, ban people, but in the end, it's up to their parents to teach them.
I probably just said the obvious, but at least think most of them aren’t over 13.
Wow @ the person in the first picture. If he was a Christian, he should be glad Jesus died for him - it's the reason we are set free, as Christians! I don't know what wrong with his head. And secondly, did he forget that Jesus was Jewish Himself? And thirdly, what kind of Christian can be so racist like that? Another example of hypocricy; I apologize to you for that guy, not all of us Christians are like that. It's just that there's a large number of them who don't believe in what they believe, if you know what I mean.
Anyway, I hope you don't get to upset about this...
