That isn't enough proof in my opinion, but if you think he did what they are saying, then you made the right call. It's one thing to scam a person, but to scam someone in the guild, that is just wrong. I'll make sure not to add him.

scamming is a perma bannable offense since the first expelled player "magemorgan" but yes it's hard to catch some one in the act, that is why a report of scamming along with 2 other offenses, that had warnings or not, can also result in a banning. General misbehavior along with a report of scamming is even enough to end up in a banning from the guild. Be sure that if this person had other character that they are not mistakenly alown back into the guild

Back to the topic, was the guy Sephera? I ran across a thread on sleepywood a week ago, he was looking for the leader of pwnfulpwners because Sephera stole apples in APQ. Here is the thread. It was closed immediatly because you are not suppose to talk about a certain player unless it is posted in the server subforum. I just want to make sure this is the guy so I know who to look out for.

the relationship between a Jr and member has nothing to do with banning unless the member can not be trusted to be respectful of the Jr's authority, that is another way to be banned or be no longer welcome back into the guild because it interferes with the structure of the guild.

Hmm, that is a good reason. But, i'm not going to argue with you so I will leave it at that. Back to topic, I heard that Luna was going to try and allign with pwnfulpwners. Now if that is true, you may want to look into what I posted. One bad apple can ruin the rep of a whole guild.
