Guild Hack Compensation

Hey Everyone,

Quick update about the Guild situation. The issue is resolved at this point, and we apologize that it was an issue to begin with. We'll do our best to make sure it doesn't happen again.

To that end, we're looking into ways on how we can compensate the affected guilds and will have more information forthcoming.

-Hime- from Nexon's Forums said: "Before proceeding with a compensation plan, we have a database of guilds we believe have been hacked and we need members of those guilds to verify their information with us. We would like to request players from hacked guilds to submit their guild name and guild leader's name through the ticketing system.

Please submit a ticket titled "Guild Hack Verification" to the Harassment category and User Abuse subcategory. Please follow the guidelines in ordered to be verified. If we do not receive your verification as specified you will not be included in the compensation plan.

***Only The Leader of the Guild can Log a Ticket. If your guild leader does not log a ticket, then your guild will not be elgible for the guild compensation.
