Hmm...good team....few problems though:

Blissy. Not good with attacks, period. Blissey, I've noticed, is not as good a tank as some others, but it does have some advantages. It's HP is the highest in the game, and combined with Leftovers, it's quite nasty. I recommend teaching it Toxic, Softboiled, Minimize/Double Team, and another filler attack, possibly Detect or Protect, or even Substitute.. It's stats are VERY low, except for it's HP and it's average Special Defence, so a Toxic Tank is a good choice for it.

Luxray. Not the best electric type in the game...stats are quite low, and it's slower than most other electric types. Hmm...yeah. Electrovier (or however you spell it) would be a better substitute.

Froslass AND Floatzel. Both aren't prime choices for sweepers. Besides semi-low stats (Floatzel's speed being the exception), they just aren't cut out for sweeping. If you want a good Physical Sweeper, I recommend something fast and hard hitting, such as Gyarados, or Salamance. For a Special Sweeper, Magnetric, or better yet, Porygon-Z. It's normal type makes it's only weakness fighting, and because of it's high Special Attack, average stats in general, and wide move range (it can also learn Tri-Attack, which is amazing), it's not something to be messed with.

These are just some tips from me to you. Btw, if you don't remember me, I'm Psaira. I used to be in the same guild as you. =P
