I wish I was a cloud
Able to drift high in the sky
Watching the world pass by
Like ants, the people are so small
They scurry about, to and fro
This way and that, like little worker ants
No queen to tell them what to do
The little ants in their little cars
Going to little places in little towns
With their little lives, their little dreams
Far…far below on the ground

I wish I was a cloud
To drift upon the wind up high
And talk to other clouds
And do other cloud things
Like drift, and watch
And change color, and cry
And disappear and reappear
So for up high
Like magical wads of fluff in the sky
Watching the birds, the planes fly by
And wondering why…
How do they fly?

I wish I was a cloud
I wish to blow and throw
Stones of ice at the floor
Hear the click-clatter
The pitter-patter
The tears fall down with the hail
On the tiny cars
Of the tiny ant people
In their tiny houses
In their tiny towns
While they dream their tiny, tiny dreams
I wish I was a cloud

Ohhhh i once wished i was a cloud. @o@ how i would be able to float around and watch people do what they do and me, doing nothing but to float around then i started thinking about birds... but then birds, they get squished by cars or get shot or... too depressing! T_T
