I'm good at forehand and serving.
Backhands go up high in the sky.  When you serve,make sure the ball goes high enough for you to hit it with a straight hand.
Also,it shouldn't go backwards or forwards. It should land about a few inches away from your foot if you don't hit it. In forehands,if you want a powerful shot with alot of topspin,hit the ball real hard,but dont touch it tooo much. You should like skim it,but not so that the ball don't go anywhere. Also,bring your hand up to the opposite shoulder when you hit the ball. If you use two hands in a backhand,use the same method as the forehand. If you use one hand then dont put too much topspin on it and it should go fine. It dont mean you should hit it into the sky. Try to make the ball go about within a meter of the net in a backhand,about half a meter in a forehand. With smashes, try to make the ball go as far back in the court as possible,without hitting it out of the court. Also hit it veryy hard. Its the same method as a serve but obviously you have to move faster or just wait for it to bounce and make it a very hard forehand. Hope I've helped.
