haha, rawr. Finally a Video card that will run maple! f333.

Good 4GB of Ram, too bad you cant get more, f333 unless you get your 64-bit proc.

Actually, thanks to my two graphics cards, only 3gb of my ram are available for use. I'll give 64bit a try soon just to see if it's compatible with the main stuff I use.

wow! sounds complicated =O

if only i would understand this....

i have a Dell from 2003! hehehehahhhahaha!!!!

i should be grateful i even have a computer
Bands: does it matter?

...did you get to build it or...did it come assembled?

I'm not sure if the 3GB Memory problem is caused by your graphics cards. I would update the BIOS to the latest version. Then enable "memory hole". This should allow your computer to see the extra gig.

The guy who got the parts from the suppliers assembled it.

With 32bit windows OS's, it's 4gb ram minus Graphics card memory. So yeah, if I want to use all 4 gigs, I'll have to try Vista 64bit.

Crysis looks awesome. I can run it on max settings and 4x AA without lag.

Now that i've been able to look at your system i'll give you some feed back on it
1. Processor
- the Intel® Core™2 Extreme processor QX9650 is great of you are gonna be hardcore gaming, its a freakin $1k processor dude, which is really expensive but if you have money for that *pun* "BUY ALL MEANS" get it ;p.
2. Power supply
- looks like you got a really good power supply with your 1000W is nice, if you were gonna spend that much on a power supply i believe you shoulda went with a Modular *i saw that it wasnt one*, type power supply that way when you assembled it *or who ever*, didnt really have to route your cables later lol. but looks really nice, pricy but ok.
3. Motherboard
- ASUS FTW is all i can say, ASUS always stands behind their products and I think this is a great board, you have your heat sinks over the northbridge for greater cooling and also, your chipset is top of the line. Runs about $300 for this but well worth it.
4. CPU cooler
- "like zmoegoemoegoemg" nice cooling especially with the piping all throughout the cooler you got great cooler. i can't say anything about that. COPPER f33. and not as pricy =]
5. RAM!
- Very nice, 4GB will do you well. Definately not lagg your maple f333.
6. Video cards
- Like seriously, running 2 VIDEO CARDS is the way to go, if you have money for it. =] great buy.
7. HARDDRIVES
- if you are gonna run like Windows... you shoulda gotten a 10k RPM as the boot drive, and then these two as storage devices (7.2k RPM), just faster access times and crap ... of course always could get your 128 GB SOLID-STATE-HD. which is like $3K alone! f5.... ;p

8. your optical drive
- nothing much said on there. mainly personal preference.

OVERALL RATING: 9.0-9.9/10 Price: Higher end.*all i can say ;p*

You got a great computer dude. ;p Don't abuse it! f5 f3333

Thx.

I love this power supply, all the cables plug in, plenty of space for expansion, It even came with bag with a bunch of extra power cables to plug into it should I expand later on. Only downside is that it is huge! Like 1.5x the length of normal ones, which means the fan meant to go in the top of the case couldn't fit. Anyway, I still have 3 fans and my Zalman, so it's still great.
