I know absolutely nothing, but I would say get 1 stance early on, just for the starting 42%

That's really good, though I would go with A2 first, as it would be a lot more useful than A1 in training and bossing. Why? Rush is only used to get the enemy into the corner, while ACB is used to kill/stun. Rush is better left to max after the initial skills, to reduce the amount of ACB hits to kill by 1 some of the time. That's what I believe.
As for B1/B2, Rush should definitely be maxed, unless you are training in a place with a lot of wide spaces. Considering Paladin's enemy is always stunned, it's much less chance for us to get knocked back then Heroes or Dark Knights.
I would also say Heaven's Hammer, for that reason, is more useful than Stance. Why? It can help take out the big mob of that map every minute or so in one shot, increasing the spawn of the rest of the map/quickening the training by a lot. You may think "Well it only helps every 2 minutes or so", but think about how many times that is in one training session? If you train for 2 hours, it's gonna happen 60 times. If you train for 4 hours, it's gonna happen 120 times. That's a nice enough boost if you ask me.
Stance and Achilles are the two skills which should be debated. Stance, for leveling speed, and Achillies if you are somehow not making enough mesos with ACB. This means most people would go with Stance, but those who are somehow poor (again, ACB...) would have to go with Achilles.
Monster Magnet is near useless, but I guess it's the last option huh? I'd rather get 1 into that status saving skill before this, or even the previous two for that matter.
Though I greatly doubt any of us will reach level 200, I would start adding to Shield Mastery with my last points, since we might all switch to a Red Katana once our gear is powerful enough.
