I need a video capture card for my PC.

What I definitely want from it is PAL 60 support. A HDMI port would be nice, but it will most likely raise the prices too high so I'll stick with RCA. It can be either an external (USB 2 / Firewire) or an internal (PCI) card. No software is required apart from the necessary drivers or whatever goes with the device.

If you have one, experience of one, or experience of someone's experience with one, tell me now! I'll end up ordering it from the internet anyway so a link to some online store would be appreciated. My budget is around 50-100€, which equals around 75-150$.

Another thing I desperately want is a set of wires, adapters and similar equipment with which I can split an outgoing RCA signal into 2 recieving sources, my computer and TV. This way I wouldn't have to do live recording from a 320 x 240 screen.

Thanks yo, first one to reply gets his Halo 3 fileshare captured if I end up getting a card

PS: I think I'll also need an amplifier to boost the signal strength when splitting the RCA.

EDIT: Yay no replies yet. I found this, but I'm not 100% sure if it supports PAL 60.
