Pillars of Stars, Celestial Jewels
Oh how far you are, but pretty to muse
The sky so abroad and clouting my mind
I cannot find happiness in just this short amount of time.

When I look up towards the heavens, I can see your face
Oh how you like to ruse with my simple mistakes.
Devil may be, how he be clever
But twas fate that I became part of this endeavor?

What tensions possess us! Concealed deep there's a pain
And you say "Common!" Let's get back to this game
We chatter and laugh over trivial things
I try to cover the nerves that this suspense tries to bring.

Is there a tear in your eye? Who can see in this light?
If there's a lump in your throat, there's your lip you can bite.
If it depends on the weather, the sky's not that good.
We must take our chances – Let's disappear into the woods.

Oh little star, who won't shine bright
Who can see clearly in this dim little light?
Are you worried little star? Are you scared?
I can share how much you want to tear

Like madness befalls, I can't live without you
If memory recalls, I won't be able to find you.

Yet I keep looking, up towards the stars
And I keep thinking on how pretty you are.
