Well i was reading my monthly Game Informer magazine and they wrote about a website where you can download a program that is exactly like guitar hero! and its FREE! its called Frets On Fire i tried it and its awsome! ....so here's some info on it.

Frets On Fire is an open source GH for PC. Its free to download and then you can start playing it after the download. You use your keyboard as a guitar and start playing some songs from Guitar Hero, or you can play on tracks set up by the game's online community. On the website there are leader boards, controls help, and forums to discuss the game! Of course you don't have to use the keyboard to play, you can use a PS2-to-USB adapter and plug in your PS2 Guitar...or simply hook up an X BOX 360 guitar

It aitn as great as y'all think....the timing if horribly off...short and not well made up song list...its free..sure...but the quality aint that great and ill play something thats louds better for free
