If you are rich enough to fund a dexless/ low dex, wouldn't you have at least 'nuff money to buy some good str equips, aside from str equips being more pricy.

Guess i take that part back.
Str equips prolly are way more pricy. So is the only reason that people make low dex is because its cheaper?
