I like it.
There's like some sort of symbolism in the gradient. Light and Dark. I like it, haha, "ish" arrows.

I agree, the Gradient color looks nice. It's appealing because it's Simplistic.
I really wish they'd accept .Gif type images. Jpg makes my Banners appear blurry  .
