TYPE OF VIOLATION: OTHER- CUSTOMER FIRST AND TOBACCO SHOP
COMPANY STATEMENT: On November 3rd you were mystery shopped by our tobacco compliance personnel and you failed to ask them for ID whcih is mandatory by state law.and for this you are being suspended for a total of three (3) days.

November 9th you were mystery shopped by our customer first personnel and you missed 3 out of the 4 steps that is a responsibility for you to perform as a CSR for every transaction without fail and for this you are being suspended for two (2) days. Making it a total of

five days beginning this day November 16 to November 21. It has been further noted that you have not been to the customer connect class which is a requirement for all Ch*vron employees so it is my regret to inform you that until you sucessfully complete this class in it's entirety you will no be placed back on the schedule. It is your responsibiliy to contact me [the manager that typed this up 5 minutes before calling me into the office] when you will be able to attend these classes if I don't here from you within two weeks of this notice I will assume that you are no longer interested in this position and will terminate you at that time."
