 Diamond and Pearl I'm surprised no one in this group has done this before, but whatever. This game is most likely the greatest game in the Handheld Pokèmon series. (Vague, eh?) It's Battle System is MAINLY the same, except that the moves are classified as either Physical or Special (Physical meaning that the Pokèmon that is attacking touches the opponent, and special meaning that the Pokèmon that is using a blast, or something that is ranged). Also, instead of selecting the attack with the buttons, the player makes use of the DS's touch screen to touch the attack or command. A lot of new features include: Being able to go underground to dig for treasure and make secret bases. The player also uses the DS's wireless communication, so that other players will show up underground, and so will their base. Making use of Nintendo Wi-Fi connection to go online and trade with other people, anywhere in the world. Around 170 new Pokèmon, making it the largest Pokèmon game ever. Making use of the DS's dual cartridge holder allows the player to connect to the GBA versions of Pokèmon, and trade to Diamond or Pearl. The new Pokèmon Watch a.k.a. Pokètch (wtf, how do you pronounce that?) is on the bottom screen, and it has various Applications (Apps for short T_T) such as a watch ._. It has 3d-ish graphics, which, since the game is all sprites, doesn't look all to good, sorry Overall I give it an 8/10 A good site for all Pokèmon games, walkthroughs and full Pokèdexes is Serebii.net |

So you dig a secert base, or make one in the wall or something? Because If it's in a wall that's nothing new. But if you dig then that's new. Otherwise it looks liek the typical pokemon

Guilds: JahArmy, WhatsAGuild Groups: Alliance of the Randomly Defamed, artists!, BasilMarkets comic makers! I think it's a good game. Old ones ftl. I don't see any reason to say those older games were better. I think each Pokemon game has done well to evolve the whole basic formula a bit more. It's the same basic thing as all the others, only better now. thanks to having done basically the same thing with about 6 of these games so far, I found no interest in getting far after beating it. I've mastered the contests before. I've caught all the pokemon before. I've gotten every legendary before. I just didn't feel like doing it once more.
I think it's a good, legit new pokemon game, and anyone who thinks it would be fun to play another one should definitely get it.
