Hiya Jon~ training a Sniper, I see...
75, hmm. From my experience, I trained at FoG during those levels, then at 78, you can move at Death Teddies. Maxing Strafe? I highly not recommend it. You'll need Puppet and Arrow Eruption if you want to move on at a higher tier of training earlier. Good luck, dude.  PS. I'm not the best sniper there was. o_o
