Yes, you'd have to ask Elu to re-sticky the one that you're going to do.

I already have thought this through. I would have sticked around, but its only like flaming and nothing else. (Well subforums have flames every now and then).

I've decided to quit Basil, since its not really proven to be worth sticking around anymore.

I'll give you permission to re-do my whole guide; just request the current guide to be un-stickied, PM Elu. Then edit my guide all you want and you can put a header saying that you had permission to redo the whole guide as your own.
