Lulz. I'm a positive person as well,
but in the given situation, the person WOULD have died; there was absolutely nothing you could do about it.
Shoar, I'd survive. I wouldn't commit suicide just because of that. I believe that life is not that bad, to a point where a person needs to take their own life.
I'd just pretty much lock myself away from the rest of the world, and refuse to let another person get close to me.
