It snows so now and then, but it hardly ever stays on the ground. And when it does it does it generally turns into a grey pulp within a day or so. One day we had 21(!) cars slipping in the snow bumping into the same flowerpot.... People would take out chairs and hot chocolate outside just to watch the cars bump into the pot. Luckily nobody got hurt and the cars didn't get damaged, but it would have been a nice America's Funniest Home Videos day. (but then for the Netherlands)

Miriam it is. My British Sensei does pronounce it as such, with the emphasis on the "i" (Muh-reeyum) I believe it can be spelled with a "y" as well, but I don't know how it'd be pronounced them.

I'm off! I'll be on vacation. (I don't know exactly when I'll be going; depends on my resits) Good luck with your exams.

Oops, winter * Sorry. Sounds pretty much like the average Dutch winter, by the way. The last time I was able to skate on ice was when I was 10... I'm 22 now.

ey from what i know its nod32 and kapersky are the top. I just went with kaspersky 2009 for the hell of it so far its pretty good just that it blocks gameguard lol i think ima put nod32 on my vista partition

weird firefox starting being slow as hell and it got annoying so i uninstalled it reinstalled it and now it seems to be running way faster now.
