My MS Paint won't run for some reason. It keeps saying that there's an error in some DLL file and quits out on me. >.<

And yeah, the GIMP had a ton of effects that you can use. It's not as intuitive as Photoshop though. ._.

I might try making a comic, but it would be very very sloppy... The GIMP lacks a line-drawing tool. IT'S ALL COMPLETELY FREEHAND. And I suck at drawing straight lines freehand. >.<
