Still quite unstable, I'm waiting expectingly for the video corruption bug fix which should be out "this week", Edit: which appears to be out now  : link
Updated my bios to a beta bios from asus meant to fix memory compatibility issues, still didn't help with my memory issues and my ram is still incompatible and causing BSOD's, but hopefully once the update is out of beta it will fix it. It's a shame how new technology takes so long to smooth out all the problems.

Well, to start with, in order to repartition the drive, you'll probably first have to wipe the drive, thereby deleting all your data on it.
As for installing programs. You'll have to install a program on BOTH in order for them to work on both. E.g. you can't install firefox on XP and expect it to work on vista too. Both have their own registries and so you'll have to install things twice (Once on each OS) if you want to run the program on both.
A third "data" partition for documents, pictures, music, video, etc... might be a good idea since it can be the "common" storage place shared between each operating system.

Should be able to access data on both. It would be best if you had one hard drive for both OS's, and then another data drive. There may be a slight performance decrease but It shouldn't be noticeable.
