Their are polar bears in the npc (??? ??, ?? and ?????) all from the coke town.
the one on the left sells some nx, 1 meso
the one right after the portal sells some times
the 2nd one on the right sells all scrolls
the 3rd one on the right sells more items
the guy on the top of the portal place (with the beard, he is used for getting stuff back
in the real server) sells 100k onyx apples, 1 meso avatar smegas, and smegas.

Custom NPCS:
Duey, auto max skills lv 150+
Master Lockpicker person in kerning: Rebirth (lv 200, take all items off first)
...some other stuff.
