lol... Okay, let's go step by step.
Find the Fraps icon on your desktop. link
Fraps' window should pop up.
Go to Movies tab.
Make it look like this.
Log into MS
You should see a yellow number running in the top-left part of your screen
Press F9 to start or stop recording the video
When you press F9 to start, the yellow number becomes red. You might experience some lag while recording [depends on your screen card]. When it stopped recording, the red number becomes white and then yellow again.

Since this is trial version of Fraps, the maximum time of recording is 30 seconds. You'll have to press F9 every time you see the red number becoming white to start a new recording.

Get your Fraps on before logging into MS
Then log in
You should see a yellow number in the corner [probably left top corner if you haven't moved it]
Just click the default key you set for videos, and it should work o.o
