vista = awesome (mostly)
my comps runs about double speed now, its all stream-lined, i LOVE the google-like auto search function, and Halo 2 pwns. the bad: everything needs your permission. every minute or so you have to hit yes for a request form a program. very annoying. also, most programs hate vista. they think its bad XD. i dont blame them, for vista seems like it hates all programs and wants to take them apart and assimilate them (like the Borg). not that i wouldnt want to, but vista has no consience...or does it? O_o see if you can find a demo station at Best Buy or something...it IS actually quite impressive. btw, all you vista-haters....XP is to be discontinued by 2008, support for it is to be totally gone by 2009. 2009 = no more programs that will run on XP. i do actually recommend vista, the good outweighs the bad. but, you MUST get the Premium version. the 'Basic' version is total crap - thats the one all the horror stories come from. .......... WOOT! Halo CE, HEK, h2v, 3dsmax8, sapien, and guerilla all work now!! time for major modding....im gonna cut back on profil3 till i get some mod pics to post ^^.........
