My friends have been banned almost a month ago, yet they haven't heard at all from Nexon. Their e-mails have been ignored, and now my closest friend in both in-game and offline has been permanently banned for no reason. She has not hacked or attempted hacking. I don't see why she deserves this ban any more than I do.
We were angry that she had been temporarily banned for 9 months, but now the worst punishment has been dealt. The ban system must be very faulty when it bans innocent players. I wish to see some justice in this system, at least lifts on the bans of the many maplers who have been banned unfairly.
