Straw Target Dummies have excellent maps and excellent spawn. If those other places are too strong or consume lots of money and potions, you could train there instead.

The new monsters are in Mushroom Shrine, Mu Lung, and Herb Town. The new quests also give tons of experience, so don't think twice about doing them.

The new patch has unleashed many new monsters for you to train on. You should check out those new areas to see if any of those places are good experience.
That, or you could just OPQ since no one can glitch anymore.

All 3 could be good training places for you at your level. Since Gryphons and FoG came out when I was already in the 3rd job, I'm not completely sure if you can handle it. You could gie it a shot though, and if you are satisfied you could train there.

lvl 55 ~ 70 is quite a distance to go, but one thing I disliked about lvling is getting sent back to 0%. What I would do instead is complete quests to get the first 10 or 20%, so grinding becomes less of a burden.
Do every quest you can do despite the rewards, because completing a quest most of the time takes less time to complete than just gaining one level, and you'll focusing on getting the quest done while subconsciously gaining experience.
That's one good tip I can give you right now.
